Do all cards have the same design?
Yes, a single premium, clean, universal design with French wording. What's personalized is the link programmed inside, pointing to the Google listing (or any URL) of your choice.
How many cards can I personalize?
All of them. Every card is programmed with your link before shipping, whatever the quantity. And you can reprogram them anytime with a free NFC app.
What is the password for?
It locks the card to prevent anyone from reprogramming its link. It's optional, and the password stays changeable later.
Can I resell the cards or use them for my own clients?
Yes, absolutely. The cards are yours: use them for your business, give them away or resell them at any price you choose. Endlessly reprogrammable, they also make a great product to offer your own clients.
What if I am not satisfied?
30-day money-back guarantee: write to us and we refund the price of the cards on simple request once you return them (return shipping at your expense). €1 per card, minimum 5 cards. Tracked shipping to metropolitan France runs from €4.90 to €18.90 depending on quantity (Colissimo tracked parcel for larger quantities), and it's free from 100 cards. Outside preorders, your parcel ships within 1 business day. The same kind of card often sells for €20 or more elsewhere.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Stripe, the platform securing payments for millions of businesses worldwide: card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.
Where do you ship?
The form on this page ships to metropolitan France only, Corsica included. Delivery is always tracked (Colissimo tracked parcel for larger quantities), dispatched within 1 business day outside preorders, and free from 100 cards. For any other country, message us on WhatsApp: custom orders ship worldwide and we review every request.
What happens after my order?
You pay online and instantly receive an email receipt. We then program every card and ship within 1 business day to the address you provided (preorders: within 30 days at the latest, as stated at checkout).

4. Order and payment
From 5 to 100 cards per order. Secure online payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), charged at the time of order.
5. Limited stock and preorders
Stock is limited. When it runs out, the page clearly says so and any new order becomes a preorder: shipping within 30 days at the latest, restated before payment. Outside preorders, dispatch guaranteed within 1 business day.
6. Delivery
Metropolitan France only, Corsica included. Always tracked shipping (tracked delivery or Colissimo tracked parcel depending on quantity), fees displayed before payment, free from 100 cards. For other countries or formats: custom order via WhatsApp.
7. 30-day money-back guarantee
If the cards are not right for you, write to us within 30 days of delivery: we refund the price of the cards on simple request, no justification needed, once the complete set is returned to the address we provide. Return shipping is at your expense and the initial delivery fee is not refunded. Refund within 7 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
8. Defective or damaged card
A card that does not work or arrives damaged is replaced or fully refunded, no return required: a photo or short video is enough. Write to us, we fix it quickly.
9. Free use and resale
The cards are yours: use them for your business, give them to your clients or resell them freely, at any price you choose. The only limit: do not present yourself as Saphek, the brand remains our property.
10. Redirect link saphek.com/r/
The cards are programmed with a redirect link provided by Saphek, which counts uses then opens your review page. This service is provided and maintained free of charge. The cards remain reprogrammable to any direct link at any time, with no dependency on Saphek.
11. Google reviews
The cards make it easier to collect authentic reviews from your real customers. The volume of reviews obtained depends on them and is not guaranteed. Usage must comply with platform rules, Google in particular: only invite real customers, never buy reviews.
12. Legal warranties and applicable law
