Frequently asked questions
Why a minimum of 10 pieces?
Because our products ship directly from the production workshop by express DDP. Freight is the same for 1 or 10 pieces: below 10, the price per piece would no longer make sense. To test a single unit, our €1 NFC cards are made for that.
Do I have to name a business when ordering?
No. Shop products are sold blank, unassigned: each piece carries its own saphek.com/r/ link. The business that receives it taps it with a phone, picks its Google listing, and it is live. Ideal for reselling or equipping several locations with a single order.
What is the delivery time?
NFC plate: 2 to 3 weeks (1 to 3 business days of preparation, then 8 to 12 business days of express transport). Stand: 2 to 4 weeks. Plate with QR code: 3 to 5 weeks, because the batch is made for you. The lead time is repeated before payment and you receive the tracking number by email.
Will I pay customs fees?
No. All our shipments are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): duties and taxes are included in the price paid on the site. The recipient pays nothing on arrival. This is why Switzerland cannot be delivered for now.
Where do I enter the delivery address?
On the secure Stripe payment page, right after the form: address, country (limited to the chosen zone) and phone number for the carrier. The price shown on the site is the final price, nothing changes at payment.
What if a piece arrives damaged?
A defective or damaged piece is replaced or refunded on a simple photo, no return needed. For made-to-order products, the price of the products is refunded, shipping fees are not (see terms).
Can I add my logo or my own design?
Yes, as a custom order from 100 pieces: message us on WhatsApp with your artwork and we send you a quote and a mockup.
