Does the plate work with every phone?
Yes. Every iPhone since the iPhone 7 and every recent Android reads NFC without an app. The customer holds their phone near the plate, a notification appears, the review page opens.
How does the business set up its plate?
They tap the new plate with their phone: a saphek.com page opens and asks them to pick their Google listing (or paste an https address). Thirty seconds, no app. From the next tap, the plate opens its review page. To change the destination later, an email to contact@saphek.com is enough.
What is the difference with the €1 NFC card?
The card is credit-card sized, in French, in stock in France and programmed with your Google listing at order time. The plate is a rigid 10 x 10 cm adhesive counter display, available in 7 languages, deliverable to 32 countries and activated by the end business. Same chip, same behaviour.
Why is the lead time 2 to 3 weeks?
Plates ship directly from the production workshop by express DDP. That is what makes the price possible: no intermediate stock, no double transport. You get tracking as soon as it ships.
Terms of sale for this offer
The essentials, in plain words, for made-to-order products shipped from our partner workshop.
1. Seller
The offer is sold by Saphek, a brand of Pierre MADI EI, SIREN 979 944 345, 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France. Contact: contact@saphek.com or WhatsApp. These specific terms complement the site's general terms of sale and prevail for this offer in case of conflict.
2. Offer for professionals
This offer is for professionals, businesses and resellers. The form asks for your company. Prices are in euros, VAT not applicable (article 293 B of the French tax code).
3. Made-to-order product
Products are prepared, encoded and shipped directly by our partner workshop, by express DDP (duties and taxes included). The indicative lead time is shown on the product page and repeated before payment. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed date: a transport delay does not give rise to compensation.
4. Order, minimum and payment
Minimum quantity shown on the product page, any quantity above up to 200 pieces. Secure payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay), charged at order time. The delivery address and phone number are entered on the payment page. You receive a receipt, then the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
5. Delivery
Zones and fees shown before payment: European Union, United Kingdom and Norway, United States, Canada and Australia. DDP delivery: the recipient pays no duty or tax on arrival. Check the address and phone number: they are passed as is to the carrier.
6. Activating the pieces
Each piece is encoded with its own saphek.com/r/ link. On the first tap, the piece opens an activation page where the business owner picks their Google listing (or any https address). The destination can later be changed on request at contact@saphek.com. Free service maintained by Saphek; the chip remains reprogrammable to any direct link with a free NFC app.
7. Defect or breakage
A piece that does not work or arrives damaged is replaced or fully refunded, no return required: a photo or a short video is enough, within 14 days of receipt.
8. Refunds on made-to-order products
As pieces are manufactured and encoded for your order, it can no longer be cancelled once passed to the workshop (within 24 business hours). If you are not satisfied on receipt, write to us within 14 days: we refund the price of the products after return of the complete batch, at your cost. Initial shipping fees are not refunded.
9. Free resale and use
The products belong to you: equip your locations, resell them at the price of your choice. The only limit: do not present yourself as Saphek.
10. Google reviews
The products make it easier to collect authentic reviews. Review volume depends on end customers and is not guaranteed. Follow platform rules: only invite real customers, never buy reviews.
